RS789 Terms and Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RS789 platform, including all games, sports betting features, promotions, and any other services we offer. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and RS789 ("we", "us", "the Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of RS789, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are not comfortable with any of these terms, your only option is to stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on RS789. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with friends, family members, or anyone else.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• RS789 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonuses remaining in your account at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
• Free spins, free bets, and other bonus credits have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of a technical error or system fault during gameplay, RS789 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game or bet state. If this is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned to the player.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RS789. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts under different names or contact details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform automatically or gain an unfair edge.
• Exploiting bugs: Taking advantage of any software glitch, pricing error, or technical fault to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods.

• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or using another person's identity or payment details to access the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after funds have been used for betting purposes.

8. Privacy & Data

11. Account Termination

You may close your RS789 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

RS789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or suspected.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive behaviour is identified.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period without any login or financial activity.
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, RS789 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
